Tinea Versicolor Treatment: Sulfur Containing Mud

Tinea Versicolor is becoming very common these days. It is a skin infection wherein there is a discoloration in the color of the skin; it turns into a light white color. People do not normally and immediately know they have this condition especially during winter and fall because it is not easily seen during these times due to its color. However, once the person gets tanner, especially during the summer, the discoloration would be more evident, so people would know that you have this skin infection. There is really no known source or cause for Tinea Versicolor which has been approved by scientists or from labs. However, here are a few ideas about it…

First of all, some experts think that people, who have very low immune systems have a greater chance of getting fungal infections, just like Tinea Versicolor. So if you are a person who does not have a very good and smoothly running immune system, then be careful, because you are more likely to get fungal infections, most especially on the skin, and even on other parts of the body.

Secondly, the way you eat also affects your chances of getting fungal infections. If you are the type of person who consumes a lot of carbohydrates and sugars, then be prepared with a Tinea Versicolor treatment, for you might need it in the future. Unfortunately, stress, which increases blood sugar levels, is also a factor of how easily you get fungal infections. So make sure to get enough vitamin D, A, zinc and selenium in order for you to lessen your risks of getting fungal infections such as Tinea Versicolor.

If however, all of these warnings still would not work, and you still find yourself getting Tinea Versicolor, then I suppose you are wondering what you could do in order to treat this infamous skin infection, right? Well, lucky for you, there is indeed a treatment for such skin infections. All you need to do is get some sulfur containing mud and wipe it on the spot where the discoloration appears. Do this regularly and repetitively for two weeks, and next thing you know it, that Tinea Versicolor skin infection will already disappear in an instant! You can easily find sulfur containing mud under lakes. In fact, one type of these kinds of mud is called Saprox which can be found in a lake in Czech Republic. It is used as a natural remedy and it has already worked wonders on people who have experienced having Tinea Versicolor.
